Sugar Cookies are great for a lot of occasions, whether you want Holiday cookies or just a simple sweet cookie, they're pretty amazing.
Here's how i do mine:

Here's how i do mine:
What you need:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
What Tools you need:
- Mixer
- Rolling Pin
- Baking Sheets
- Plastic Wrap
What to do:
- Preheat your oven at 200 degrees C.
- Cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Sift all your dry ingredients and add them to the butter/sugar mixture.
- Mix well, till your dough sticks together. (Be careful your dough isn't too wet/too dry)
- Wrap your dough in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

7. Cut your dough into 2 pieces. Place one piece back in the refrigerator.
8. Place the other piece between two sheets of baking paper and roll using the rolling pin. That's how I do it, it saves time, and does not stick to my work surface.

9. Cut the dough using cookie cutters of your choice.

10. Place on baking sheets and bake for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
